Author Bio
Erica Brealey is a freelance editorial consultant and writer who has worked in publishing for many years, specializing in health and spirituality. She is the co-author of Meditation: A Practical Introduction to the Techniques, the Traditions and the Benefits (first published in 1988; latest edition Vintage, 2002) which is a a practical introduction to the techniques and benefits of meditation and its role in relieving stress. She has also written Eat Orgasmically and Still Lose Weight (Thorsons, 1997) and Ten Minute Stress Relief. Erica who has been practising yoga and meditation since her teens and who looks remarkably young for her age, lives in Islington with her husband and son.
