Ursula Ferrigno is a professional chef and food consultant with over seventeen years of experience of food and cooking, including food retailing, cooking in restaurants, contract catering and working as a freelance consultant, writing and developing menus and recipes. She is passionate about Italian food and specialises in teaching the diversity of this great cuisine, both here and in Italy. Ursula's numerous books include Truly Italian, Risotto, Bringing Italy Home, Truly Madly Pasta, and Trattoria. Her television appearances include GMTV, TVAM, Granada TV, BBC North and BBC Radio's Food Programme.
