Author Bio
Nick Ward developed his interest in drawing, and book illustration in particular, while still at primary school, and later obtained a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design. He has had numerous picture books published, including the The Ice Child and the Farmer George series published by Pavilion Children's Books, Gran in Space (1992), Shadowland (1993), Don't Worry, Grandpa (1994), Don't Eat The Teacher (1998), A Word in a Pig's Ear (1999) and A Wolf at the Door (Winner of the Stockport Schools Book Award 2002). He lives in Buckinghamshire.
