Elaine Sheehan is a counselling psychologist and psychotherapist working in Co. Wicklow, Ireland, having obtained first a bachelor degree in Applied Psychology from University College Cork, Ireland and then (among others) a Masters in Counselling from the University of Hull, England, respectively. Elaine also trains and lectures for companies and the health service in the UK, as well as being the author of other books and articles in this field. She lives in Ireland with her husband.
