Steven Estrine, Ph. D. is Director of Public Psychiatry of New York Presbyterian Hospital. Judith Estrine is a full-time writer and editor with the International Longevity Center, and a former editor with Quality Paperback Book Club. They have been married for 14 years and have been faced many of the issues and challenges they write about here. They live in New York City.
