The Home Log Book

The Home Log Book

by Nigel Rowe (Author), Richard Dines (Author)

Synopsis

The Home Log Book is a unique new book which offers homeowners a simple approach to organizing key information about their homes. The book provides a comprehensive and immediate system of holding information, from room dimensions and paint colours to more important things such as when the boiler was last serviced to how and where to turn off the water supply. The book is divided into clear easy-to-use sections, starting with general information and then going on to cover the essential services such as water and electricity. A room-by-room section allows homeowners to record key information about items of furniture and furnishings and includes room layout guides so that nothing is overlooked. A section on household appliances and gadgets means that essential information such as warranty dates, insurance cover and servicing notes can all be recorded. There are further sections on outside spaces and home security. Finally, a section at the back of the book has space for additional notes, useful numbers and contact details and a pocket on the inside back cover will take receipts, fabric swatches etc.
