Synopsis

Lemmy is at the seaside being a diver, albeit a six-year old diver, and he has a fierce rival, Bully Boy McCoy, who is much bigger than him. When Lemmy finds a treasure chest full of gold on the sea floor they tussle over it, and Lemmy wins by hitting his rival on the nose (bop!). Now He's rich, Lemmy goes to the Fairground, and takes to the air, becoming a pilot in a Round -the -World race. Wouldn't you know it, Bully Boy McCoy is the only pilot who might match his speed - but doesn't, quite! And so then there's just the stars to conquer, as Lemmy clambers into the playground climbing frame-

Colin McNaughton trained as a graphic designer, but since the publication of his first book in 1976 he has produced over 60 books for children, and is now recognised as one of Britain's leading creators of children's books. He lives in London with his wife, and they have two sons.
