Author Bio
Hazel Townson was formerly Chief Assistant Librarian in charge of work with young people in Bury, Lancashire. She now devotes her time to writing and for 12 years has been going into schools and libraries to talk to children about writing. She has chaired the Lancashire Children's Book Award for the last 14 years.
