Author Bio
Mary Atkinson is qualified to practise Indian head massage and has had many successes with her clients including relief of migraine, headaches and sinusitis. She is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. Mary has been a health and fitness writer for over 20 years. She regularly contributes to magazines and is also author of 13 books including London for Free and Around the Edge of Ireland. She worked with Dr Paul Sherwood on three books on health-related topics and worked closely with Susan Hampshire on her book on dyslexia, Every Letter Counts. Mary lives in Chichester with her husband and two daughters.
