Author Bio
Mark Evans, who wrote the chapters on aromatherapy and massage, is the former President of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists. He has a BPhil in Complementary Health Studies and a Licentiate in Aromatherapy, and he is a fully trained masseur. Suzanne Franzen is co-principal of the British School of Shiatsu-Do. She practices and teaches shiatsu throughout Europe, and has written extensively on the subject. Rosalind Oxenford has been a practising reflexologist for over ten years. She has her own School of Reflexology to train practitioners, and lectures and writes many articles about reflexology.
