Simple or sophisticated, ices make a tempting treat for all ages and here Liz Franklin shares her favourite easy recipes for ice creams, yoghurt ices, sorbets and slushes, plus iced lollies on sticks and lots of sauces. Recipes include Rich Vanilla or Mascarpone Ice Cream, Yoghurt and Blueberry Streusel, Mojito Slush, Cranberry and Orange Iced Lollies and sauces such as Caramel; Chocolate; Orange and Grand Marnier; and Fresh Berry Sauce (with your choice of berries).
