Author Bio
Sonia Stevenson is one of the great chefs of Britain and her restaurant, the Horn of Plenty in Devon, won huge accolades. She was the first woman chef in the UK to be awarded a Michelin star and now teaches enormously popular cooking courses in Britain and Europe. She has a number of books to her name, including The Magic of Saucery, which was short listed for the Andre Simon Award. She appears regularly on television food programmes, and is one of the judges on BBC TV's Masterchef.
