Author Bio
Graham Pagan was born in Fife and studied law at Edinburgh University. He has worked with the Oban solicitors Hosack and Sutherland since 1960 and has been senior partner since 1981. He was part-time Procurator Fiscal at Oban for nine years, chairman of the Oban Housing Association for 30 years and was actively involved in the campaign for a Scottish parliament. In 1998 he became MBE for charity work with Scottish Solicitors WILL AID scheme, which he set up in 1988.
