Author Bio
Barbara Soros is a body/mind practitioner who has used storytelling as an integral part of her therapeutic work for over twenty years. A student of Tibetan medicine, Barbara has also written and directed children's plays and facilitated workshops worldwide for children and adults on the theme of creativity and healing. Barbara has also written Grandmother's Song (1998) for Barefoot Books. Danuta Mayer was born and still lives in London where she runs a small shelter for abused and abandoned animals from her home. A vegan and animal activist, she has illustrated a number of successful children's books on a variety of topics, from Egyptian myths and legends to the Chinese horoscope.
