Author Bio
Laurie Krebs draws inspiration for her books from her adventures around the world. A former teacher from Connecticut, USA, who has four children and five grandchildren, Laurie seeks to expose all children to a variety of different cultures and environments through her writing. She is also the author of We're Sailing to Galapagos and We All Went on Safari. Helen Cann has worked as an illustrator since graduating from the School of Art, University of Wales in 1992. Her other titles with Barefoot include The Family Quartet, The Lady of Ten Thousand Names: Goddess Stories from Many Cultures and A Forest of Stories, which was published in paperback in Spring 2005.
