Wolf Summer (Black Apples S.)

Wolf Summer (Black Apples S.)

by Andrew Matthews (Author)

Synopsis

Sent in disgrace to spend the summer with her grandmother, Anna becomes involved with a near-by wolf sanctuary. There she meets Pete, but the two of them don't see eye to eye. So when Manitou, the dominant male wolf, takes a shine to Anna, can Pete really be jealous? And will they be able to pull together when Manitou is threatened? It looks like now could be the time for Anna to learn that love is unconditional - and often a huge price has to be paid. Contemporary themes of parental constraints combined with an exciting and dramatic storyline create a sensitively-written novel in which Andrew Matthews perfectly captures the emotions of all his characters.
