Author Bio
Anne Cottringer has previously written a young fiction title for Orchard, Gordon, one of the Pet Pal series. She has written several picture book texts, for various publishers, including Ellie and the Lion (illustrated by Russell Ayto) published by Egmont, and this is her first picture book for Orchard. She lives in London with her family. Candice Whatmore is a talented young artist who won the MacMillan Prize in 1999. Since her degree in Visual Communication from the University of Central England, she has been working as a freelance designer and illustrator This is her first picture book and she lives in Birmingham.
