Author Bio
Adrian Slywotzky is a Managing Director of Mercer Management Consulting and is one of Industry Week's six influential people in management. Slywotzky has worked extensively at the CEO level for several major corporations on issues relating to new business development and value growth. His focus has been on developing customer-based strategic perspectives and effective new business designs. In addition to co-authoring How to Grow When Markets Don't, Slywotzky is a co-author of The Profit Zone: How Strategic Business Design Will Lead You to Tomorrow's Profits (Times Business/Random House), which Business Week magazine named to its list of Top 10 Business Books of 1998. He is also co-author of How Digital Is Your Business (Crown Business), Profit Patterns: 30 Ways to Anticipate and Profit from Strategic Forces Reshaping Your Business (Times Business/Random House), and author of The Art of Profitability (Warner Business Books) and Value Migration: How to Think Several Moves Ahead of the Competition (Harvard Business School Press).
