Author Bio
John Viney is Chairman--Europe for leading search firm Heidrick and Struggles. He advises a wide variety of organisations on the structure and composition of their boards. He has over 21 year's experience in executive search and most of that time he has been involved with the hiring of CEOs, Chairmen and Non--Executive Directors. John took a BSc in Physics from the University of Sussex. He holds a degree in Music and has a PhD in Astrophysics from King's College Cambridge in the United Kingdom. John is also a Chartered Physicist and a member of the Institution of Electrical Engineers C. Eng. MIEE.
