Her father takes her to meet other zebras who are different in other ways and who explain that God made each one of them and loves them just the way they are. By the end of the book, she has made this knowledge her own.

Catherine House started writing children's books when she lived in Zimbabwe with her husband and two children. With a degree in theology, she writes for Christian publishers as well as specialising in educational books for African schools. Catherine has had thirteen books published world-wide to date.
