Jane Middleton is a food writer editor and writer with experience in recipe development and nutritional issues. She has a particular interest in the relationship between diet and health. Having given birth to two healthy children, she is familiar with the anxieties and confusion surrounding diet during pregnancy, and with morning sickness! George Rapitis, who contributes the nutritional information in the book, studied Culinary Arts at Schoolcraft College, Livona, Michigan in the US and has a BSc in Dietetics from Madonna University. He currently teaches healthy cooking seminars at Schoolcraft College while working as a Nutritionist at Garden City Hospital, Michigan.
