Lucy Knox studied home economics at Surrey University before winning a scholarship to Peter Kump s prestigious cookery school in New York. She has worked as a freelance home economist for advertising, books and magazines. In the past she has written regular features for Best and the Express Saturday Magazine, did a weekly live hour-long cookery programme for BBC Southern Counties radio and has given more than 200 cookery demonstrations at county shows throughout Britain.
