The author also discusses cooking methods and other key ingredients that are vital to many of the recipes, such as tomatoes, herbs and oil. Divided into seven sections, the book covers homemade pasta, soups, sauces, meat and poultry, fish and seafood, vegetarian dishes and salads. From old favourites such as Minestrone Soup and Spaghetti Bolognese, to colourful new ideas such as Grilled scallop Capellini or Courgette and Parmesan Tortilla, this recipe book is accessible to cooks of all levels of experience. Illustrated step-by-step instructions accompany every recipe, and there is a finished shot of each dish.
