Author Bio
Monty Waldin has travelled the world and has worked in wineries for a range of wine producers, including two harvests in Chile. He is the author of the award-winning Organic Wine Guide (Thorsons), and writes regularly for Harpers. He is also a contributor to Wine and Decanter. Monty lives in Stamford, England. Jason Lowe travels the world extensively photographing a number of subjects. His outstanding contributions to book photography include the award-winning Malt Whisky (Mitchell Beazley), and Nose to Tail Eating (Macmillan). Jason's work with Simon Hopkinson in the Saturday Independent won him the 2001 Glenfiddich award for food photography. He also contributes to a range of international publications.
