Author Bio
AA Gill was born in Edinburgh. He was the TV and restaurant critic for the Sunday Times, a columnist for Esquire, Vanity Fair, and other publications, and wrote numerous books. He died in 2016. Alex Bilmes is editor-in-chief of Esquire.
