Author Bio

Shelley Aggarwal, MD worked with the Stanford Division of Adolescent Medicine for several years and is an expert in adolescent health and eating disorders. She is currently the Medical Director of the Santa Clara County Juvenile Hall Medical Clinic.

Wendy Sterling, registered dietitian, is an expert in eating disorders as well as the team nutritionist for the Oakland A's. Wendy has also been a consultant for the Golden State Warriors and was the former dietitian for the NY Jets.

Signe Darpinian is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) as well as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS). Signe treats eating disorders and is a public speaker at renowned institutions such as Pinterest Headquarters.
