Author Bio
David Sole OBE played international rugby for Scotland and has been an executive coach since January 2001, co-founding The School for CEOs in 2011. He spent 11 years working for United Distillers and Diageo, firstly in Scotch whisky operations and then in Global Operations. He has extensive experience working with senior executives across a wide variety of sectors. He was a Board Member of SportScotland for eight years and also served on the Boards of Quality Meat Scotland and the Kilchoman Distillery Company.; Belinda Roberts is Founder of The Networking Coach which provides networking and LinkedIn classroom based training, and WeDO Scotland, a leading support and collaborative organisation for entrepreneurs. She has over 16 years' experience in training course development and delivery and sold a soft skills and management training company in July 2003 within 31/2 years of inception. WeDO Scotland is a partner of the Scotland Can Do initiative launched by the Scottish Government in February 2015.
