by Monica Russel (Author)
Monica Russel uses her fantastic design skills to create a wide range of gorgeous headbands. The huge variety in this book means that there is something that will appeal to everyone: some headbands are in a single colour, others in a multitude of colours, some are narrow while others are wide; some have bow embellishments, while other have buttons or flowers - and some use just one stitch, while others use a range of stitches to create beautiful designs. There are chunky designs to keep you warm in winter, and lighter headbands ideal for wearing in spring. These are quick and easy projects for all knitting abilities, which do not use huge amounts of yarn, and will make gifts for family and friends that are both practical and attractive.

I love the twenty to make series of books. They have so much packed in and are amazing value for money. Knitted Headbands doesn't let the series down. It brings together an amazing mix of headbands for you to knit. The patterns are directed at someone who knows the knitting basics and wants to try something more adventurous. The patterns use different techniques to bring together a mix of patterns with individual looks. There is everything from simple to make designs to designs using cables, lace techniques and alternating colours. You can make a different one to match different outfits. They would also make fantastic presents for family and friends. The mix of designs means there is something for everyone. I love most of the patterns in the book and plan on making many of them. I have already made one of the patterns and found the written instructions easy to follow.
I love this book and would highly recommend it.
It's amazing value for money.
I can't wait to start another one.
I decided to make the Simple Style Headband.
I love it and haven't stopped wearing it since I finished making it.
