Sefika Sule Ercetin, PhD, is a Professor in the Educational Administration, Supervising, Planning and Economics Department at Hacettepe University in Ankara, Turkey, and was also head of the department during the years 2007-2010 years. Nilanjan Ray, PhD, is currently an Assistant Professor in the School of Management at Adamas University, West Bengal, India.
