  Zurich, February 1916. Artists, revolutionaries and charlatans of all persuasions - ranging from Ferruccio Busoni to Tristan Tzara - have flocked to neutral Switzerland in order to avoid being caught up in the Great War to end all wars. While carnage reigns just across the border, aesthetic and political battles are instead being fought in the sedate coffee houses and Dada cabarets of Zurich.
