Author Bio
Philip Johnson is chef and owner of e'cco and his recently opened offshoot, e'cco bar, in Brisbane. New Zealand-born, he has become one of Australia's most celebrated chefs and has a loyal local following. He opened e'cco in 1995 and won the Australian Gourmet Traveller Restaurant of the Year Award only two years later.
