Media Reviews
Kim Gamble's gray pencil sketches are simple but evoocative. They augment the sparse information given in the text, but leave the reader space to dream up the fuller picture. As a recent immigrant in a country of settlers, Tashi's situation may be seen as typically Australian, likewise his sassy attitude. This is a highly original, funny and unpredictable series. -- Julia Eccleshare 1001 Children's Books You Must Read Before You Grow Up
