Cooking from Scratch

Cooking from Scratch

by Lulu Grimes (Author)

Synopsis

Cooking from Scratch is for people who enjoy eating in caf s and restaurants and want to create the same type of food at home. It is a collection of tried and trusted recipes, some classic and some modern, with something to suit every occasion. The chapters are set out by main ingredient, so you can choose what to cook based on what you already have at home or whether you feel like eating, for example, chicken, cheese or pasta. The recipes cover breakfast, lunch and dinner, with some that can be put together quickly and others that take a little more time.
