Craftcycle: 100+ Earth-friendly Projects and Ideas for Everyday Living

by HeidiBoyd (Author)

Synopsis

Inside Craftcycle , readers will find over 40 craft projects, 20 recipes, 30 ideas for living a sustainable life, and ten larger-scale construction projects. The book is organised by season, giving readers options to maximise the natural abundance (or work with it, at the least) of every part of the year. Within each chapter, there are larger projects to build, quick crafts using basic materials or recycled items, seasonally appropriate tips, and recipes using seasonal ingredients. The larger-scale projects require a basic knowledge of simple wood construction, and are accompanied by detailed diagrams. Instructions for the basic crafts are accompanied by a mix of step-by-step photographs and illustrations. Crafts include basic crafts to do with kids, knitting and crochet projects, gift ideas, general sewing projects and more.
