Author Bio

Brian Morgan, CCIE(r) No. 4865, is director of data engineering for Allegiance Telecom, with 12 years of experience in the networking field. He has been installing and configuring T1, BRI, and PRI dialup services for eight years. As a certified Cisco Systems instructor for GeoTrain Corporation and then Mentor Technologies, Brian has been teaching Cisco courses for more than five years.

Craig Dennis works as an independent consultant for LANS UnLimited, specializing in small-business solutions, primarily SDSL and ADSL installations, in the northern Virginia area. Craig is a certified Cisco Systems instructor and holds a CCDP certification. During the past six years, he has taught classes for PSC, GeoTrain, Global Knowledge, and Mentor Technologies.
