Author Bio
Professor Herschel Prins has worked in the fields of criminality and mental health for some fifty years. He has served on a number of public and voluntary bodies, authored numerous books and articles and continues to teach part-time at a number of universities. This edition of his book up-dates the two previous editions - the first having appeared some twenty five years ago.
