Author Bio
Lynne Robinson is a top-selling Pilates author and presenter, having co-written eight books and presented six videos. She appears regularly in the media and has also written and contributed to many articles in the national and specialist press. Lynne took up Pilates whilst living in Australia and now, alongside her general work with the group, works particularly in the application of Body Control Pilates in elite sport. She regularly presents Pilates at leading medical conferences, including those of the British Institute of Musculoskeletal Medicine. Lynne is especially known for developing mat-based programmes to enable Pilates to be taught outside of the studio environment. She holds an Honours degree and a Postgraduate Certificate of Education.
Paul Massey MCSP SRP: (Consulting Physiotherapist) A chartered physiotherapist, Paul has been involved in elite sport for the last ten years, including the Great Britain Swimming Team amongst other responsibilities. He has attended the last three Olympic Games. Paul's clinical interest is in the prevention of injuries and the enhancement of performance applied to sport. A qualified Body Control Pilates teacher, Paul is currently proprietor of a physiotherapy and Pilates centre in Ashford, Kent.
