This is a book of mini quilts, made using scraps, novelty fabrics and embellished with buttons, lace, jewellery etc. We are advised to begin with 20 postcards and to always have 4 x 6 fabric pieces to hand! These postcards can be sent by post or exchanged with friends. The comprehensive list of supplies and tools all quilters will have to hand, with the possible exception of the highly recommended Big Foot presser foot. The cards are made by fusing fabric onto wadding and satin stitching around the edges. The clear instructions and diagrams, combined with many pages of photos, bursting with ideas, make this book great fun.
