Creating a road map for an evidenced-based profession, Dr Gary Jones has brought together a coherent framework for school leaders and teachers based on his years of thinking, writing and implementing evidence based approaches in schools. I love this book. Gary Jones uses the power of story to explain the importance of intelligent use of evidence. He provides examples of how to move beyond intuition in pursuit of sustained, high quality leadership. This is a must-read for all those with the humility to reflect on their approach to leadership in pursuit of a highly effective school.
