Author Bio

Lorraine Pascale is a leading patisserie chef, best known for her string of BBC TV series and accompanying international bestselling books, including Baking Made Easy and Lorraine Pascale's Fast, Fresh and Easy Food. She has sold more than 1 million books in the UK alone.

After years in the modelling business, Lorraine completed Leith's Diploma of Food and Wine, followed by a two-year foundation degree in International Culinary Arts in Pastry. She has worked in some of the most renowned kitchens in the world, including Petrus, The Mandarin Oriental, Gilgamesh and The Wolseley, later starting her own business making celebration cakes.
