Author Bio
Richard A. Schmidt, PhD, passed away in 2015, leaving a legacy of groundbreaking research in motor control and learning. He authored and coauthored all five of the previous editions of this popular text. Timothy Lee is a professor emeritus in the department of kinesiology at McMaster University, Ontario. He has published extensively in motor behaviour and psychology journals since 1979. He has also served as editor of the Journal of Motor Behavior.
