Synopsis

This book's unique approach enables students to appreciate why leadership and management is such a crucial component of the nursing role and not something confined only to senior professionals and managers but relevant at all levels. Media Reviews
Another invaluable addition to an excellent series. Fully mapped to the NMC Standards, with activities throughout each chapter to help the student relate theories to practice and consolidate their learning. It will be of particular use to 3rd year students as they prepare for their new role as a staff nurse but is relevant to all nursing students. Mrs Linda Robson, Senior Lecturer, Faculty of Health, Edge Hill University
