Author Bio
Hannah Whitty was born and raised in Brighton, and studied Illustration and Animation at Kingston University. She has spent hours on end drawing since she was very small, when she would follow her cat around the house trying to get him to sit still so she could draw him. Today she is still inspired by animals and children and loves drawing characters. She likes working in ink, watercolour, pencils, oil pastels and other bits and bobs and fights with her computer a lot. Paula Bowles grew up in a town called Rickmansworth with a houseful of animals, and studied illustration at Falmouth College of Arts. In 2006, she was included in the AOI's Images 30, and exhibited with 'New Voices' at The Coningsby Gallery, London. Drawing, painting and imagining have always been some of her most favourite things. She loves to immerse herself in the little worlds which she creates on paper, and bring characters to life.
