Kory Kogon is FranklinCovey's Global Practice Leader for Productivity focusing her research and content development around time management, project management, and communication skills. In addition to coauthoring The 5 Choices: The Path to Extraordinary Productivity, Kory is one of the authors of Project Management for the Unofficial Project Manager, and Presentation Advantage. Prior to FranklinCovey, Kory spent six years as the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations for AlphaGraphics, Inc. Adam Merrill is Vice President of Innovation at FranklinCovey. He leads the teams that create FranklinCovey's award winning offerings and is a principal thought leader for The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity. Fourteen years ago, in 1994, he became involved in the research and writing of the book First Things First by Stephen R. Covey, A. Roger Merrill and Rebecca R. Merrill. This book quickly became one of the best selling books on time management. Since then, he has been passionately involved in understanding and communicating the principles and practices of extraordinary human performance. He has produced over a hundred short films, many of which have won CINE and Telly awards, and he has been a key creative and thought leader in the development of the majority of FranklinCovey's award winning products. Adam earned a BA in Philosophy, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University and an MBA, with distinction, from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Leena Rinne joined FranklinCovey's consultant team with over 10 years of experience in international business and high level client relationship management. Leena spent over 6 years as the FranklinCovey International Business Partner for Europe, Middle East and Africa. In this role, she was involved in the corporate strategy planning, operational support and financial reporting for over 25 FranklinCovey licensed partner offices. Prior to FranklinCovey, Leena worked in management in the telecommunications industry, where she was the Director of Training and the Director of Customer Relations at Touchfon International. Leena has a Master's degree in Economics from The University of Utah. With a strong love of music, Leena plays several instruments including the guitar, drums and the autoharp. A long time marathon runner, she loves spending time outdoors in Salt Lake City Utah, where she lives with her husband David and their twin daughters.
