Mimi Luebbermann owns a 26-acre farm. She raises sheep, goats, and cows and works hard at maintaining a half-acre vegetable and flower garden. She also does a lot of farm education with local schools. She is the author of a number of books including; Heirloom Tomato Cookbook, Little Herb Gardens, Beautiful Bulbs, Heirloom Gardens and Salad Gardens. Claudia Pearson is an illustrator and artist. Over her 20-year- long career, her work has been published internationally in magazines such as the New Yorker, the New York Times and Elle.
