Author Bio

Martin Dorey is a writer, surfer and keen shrimper. He lives on the North Devon coast with his wife Joanne, daughters Maggie and Charlie, a medium sized dog called Bob, and Gordy, a 1979 Type 2 VW camper van.

Sarah Randell is Food Director of Sainsbury's Magazine and author of Weekend Baking, and previously worked as a food editor for thirteen of Delia Smith's cookery books. She lives in London with her husband Matthew.
