Author Bio
Alan Howe is an experienced classroom teacher, and author of books on English and Literacy. Former English teacher Steve Eddy has worked as an editor and journalist in education and in the Mind, Body and Spirit field. He has helped to develop Hodder's English study guides, writing several himself. In addition to the books on this page, he is co-author of Success at Key Stage 3: English and Revise GCSE English; Timeless Wisdom of the Celts; AS and A Level English (WH Smith); and The New Astrology (Bloomsbury). Steve lives in Wales with partner and co-author Claire Hamilton, with whom he runs mythology workshops. He enjoys caving, hill-walking and Qi Gong.
