If you see a train wreck coming, you ought to be saying, what are you going to do about it, Mr. Congressman, or Madam Congressman?' Feb. 8, 2005 Whatever the situation, and no matter what the sentiment you can be sure that President George W. Bush will find his own unmistakable way of conveying it.
