Media Reviews

A tried and tested student text; an authoritative and expert account of a complex branch of law.
Professor Norma Dawson, Queen's University Belfast

For students looking for a detailed account of intellectual property law, Bainbridge's Intellectual Property is one of the best. It is well-written and explains difficult principles in a relatively straight-forward way┬ those looking for an accessible and stimulating account of the nuts and bolts of intellectual property law need not, however, look any further.
