Author Bio

Michael Jefferson is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Sheffield. He has been the Director of Teaching for the School of Law and Director of Learning and Teaching Development for the Faculty. He was the Chair of the Association of Law Teachers. He teaches and supervises at all levels from first year undergraduates to PhD in both Criminal Law and Employment Law. His publications include a monograph on restraint of trade and confidential information as well as books on Employment Law and articles in the leading Anglo-Welsh law journals.
